  1. Scheduling Service - Whether you give us a call or request service online you get the same great service. Our Customer Service staff will collect all the neccessary information from you, starting with your name and address. They will also get any vital information which pertains to the problem you are having so we are prepared to provide you with the right solution.
  2. Picking a Day/Time - If it is service today you need, you got it. We can guarantee you Same Day Service and will keep you notified throughout the day as to the staus of your service request. If you would like another day you can specify the day and time. You pick any day and can choose between a First Call (8:00am), Second Call (10:00am-2:00pm), or Last Call (12:00pm-4:00pm). Need a specific time? We will try to meet any needs that you have and get as close as possible. We can also give you a 30 minute or 1 hour call ahead. We also provide service after hours and on weekends but try to reserve this time for emergencies only.
  3. The Day of Service - The day of your service call actually starts the night before when we give you a reminder phone call. Then we also give you a call before we send a technician to your home that day. On average it takes the technicians between 15-20 minutes to arrive at your home.
  4. Greeting - The technician will greet you at your front door by introducing themselves and handing you a business card. You know it is one of our technicians by our bright green uniforms and ID badges. From there the technician will explore your problem.
  5. The Solutions - Once the problem has been identified and a thorough examination has been completed the technician will give you multiple solution options so that you can make an informed decision. You can then choose to have the technician complete the work or wait for another day. You are only obligated to pay our service charge.
  6. Problem Fixed - Once the work is complete the technician will clean up the work area, test the system out, and give you a detailed review of what was done. The paperwork will be completed and you can pay the technician with either cash, check, or any major credit cards. For larger jobs financing can also be prearranged.
  7. Your Satisfaction - At this point you should be one happy camper. But just to make sure, you should expect a call within 30 minutes after the technician leaves. Our Customer Service staff is calling just to make sure everything went well and see if there are any other questions you might have.
